I agree, I am in rural Wales and there is not a lot of chance here. Some of the online work maybe worth a look though, or maybe I should just move!

In reply to Katherine Wolf. Yes there are loads. In fact many of the agencies we mention in the article are worldwide (usually based in the US) so they will have US versions. Try those first.
