Rent your room during the day to someone who is looking for a place to work. Have company during the day and some extra money from your space with Vrumi.

When I was 18 I had all sorts of hopes of early retirement. Sadly I never learned to save, never bought a home, have no savings, no credit cards, and since the credit crash of 08 had to change industries at 1/2 the income. Now I work from home, so not going anywhere saves, so as the ‘root material’ itself I can say your article sounds great on paper, but I advise “Fret a lot” as nothing in it will really help the type of person who got to 50 and never saved. See?

Being able to retire for us over 50s is getting more and more
difficult and worrying. Can I recommend that for those who want to
travel, either before or after they retire, that they think about
Home Exchange fas a way to holiday. Swapping homes saves money. Why pay
for a hotel room or rent a villa when you can stay for free.
