Yes that’s a good idea. Mind you, there’s nothing to stop you putting it on JustPark or one of the others now. They don’t take their money until you actually rent it out.

You could also consider putting it on Gumtree or Spareground as storage. There could be people in the area (or businesses) looking for storage in your area. You probably wouldn’t get as much money but it’s more regular potentially.

Hello there, just reading this article, I live in Barton on Sea and was looking at renting my garage out, as I don’t drive, it’s a bit of a wasted space. What would be the best way of doing this, at the moment it’s very quiet around here, so I was thinking maybe summer time when it’s tourist season?
